Vermiculite

Vermiculite is one of the world’s most unique minerals. A hydrated Magnesium Aluminium Silicate, it is lightweight, inorganic (incombustible), compressible, highly absorbent and non-reactive and is used in thousands of applications including potting soils and grow mixes.

Used for propagating cuttings and revitalising soil mixes, vermiculite creates a moisture-balanced, well-aerated environment for your plants and encourages strong root development and vigorous growth.

Product Features:

• Enhanced moisture management: Absorbs and retains water, gradually releasing it to plant roots, helping to prevent both overwatering and drought stress.
• Improved aeration: Naturally porous and lightweight, it improves airflow to roots and reduces soil compaction, which minimises the risk of root rot and fungal diseases.

• pH neutrality: Won’t alter the pH of your soil, making it suitable for a wide range of plant types including acid-loving and neutral soil varieties.
