Rare Scindapsus Pictus Argyraeus (currently growing)

Scindapsus Pictus Argyraeus, also known as the Satin Pothos, is a low-maintenance houseplant with beautiful variegated foliage. Its heart-shaped leaves are a dark green colour with silver-grey splashes, creating a glossy satin appearance. This variety has smaller leaves compared to other Scindapsus varieties. For optimal leaf colour and variegation, place in bright, indirect light and avoid overwatering.

Whether you decide to allow this stunning plant to trail over the edge of a plant pot or give it a moss pole to climb, it is beautiful from whichever angle you look at it.

Care tips:

• Light: Prefers bright indirect light - avoid direct sun
• Water: Allow the top 2-3cms of soil to dry out between waterings
• Humidity: Enjoys humidity to help keep foliage lush
• Soil: Thrives in a Chunky Aroid Mix
• Temperature: Best to be kept in temperatures ranging 18-28 degrees Celsius
• Support: Can trail or be trained to climb a Moss Pole for a fuller look
• Fertiliser: Include a liquid fertiliser such as GT Foliage Focus in each watering 5-7mls/litre
• Toxicity: May be toxic to pets and humans if ingested - keep out of reach.
